A range of services and activities for people living with dementia and for their carers. Memory Social and Activity Day: the Infinity Dementia Friendly Day runs on Thursdays at the Social and Activity Centre, with a morning, afternoon or full day option. Activities are tailored to each person on the day, with memory based activities, gentle exercise and a two course freshly cooked meal at 12pm. Transport is available. Morning session 10-1 £25.00, afternoon session 12-3 £25.00, full day 10-3 £45.00, or £55.00 with transport. Memory Support Services in the community: film club at Ocean Heights on the 2nd Tuesday of the month 1-3; lunch club at Minster Working Men's Club on the 3rd Tuesday of the month 1-3; craft club at Sheerness East Working Men's Club on the 4th Monday of the month 10-11.30; exercise at Infinity Age UK on the 3rd Thursday of the month 1.15-2.15. Peer to Peer Support: a monthly two hour session at Sheerness East Working Men's Club, Halfway, Sheerness, on the 1st Wednesday of the month, for people recently diagnosed or living with mild to moderate symptoms. Memory Snug: a smaller, quieter dementia friendly room, available on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10am to 3pm, including refreshments and a two course freshly cooked meal. £45.00 for the day, or £55.00 with transport. Sessions are run by fully trained staff and volunteers who are checked by the Disclosure and Barring Service.
