Terms of Use

Bizopo is a trading name of Jett-Tech Solutions Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom under company number 16048581, registered office 38 Unity Street, Sheerness, Kent, ME12 2PS. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Bizopo" mean Jett-Tech Solutions Ltd. You can reach us through our contact form (subject: "Terms of use").

Bizopo is a discovery and advertising platform. We publish listings so people can find local businesses and services, events and local support, compare useful information and get in touch. Unless we explicitly say otherwise, we do not provide the underlying business, event or local support service.

If you engage a business or use an event or support service found through Bizopo, your arrangements are directly with that independent business, organiser or provider. Bizopo does not operate, control, endorse or guarantee them. Prices, availability, access requirements and other listing information are supplied by listing creators or public sources and can change, so check important details before relying on them.

Sending an enquiry through Bizopo passes your details to the business you selected so it can reply. An enquiry is not a booking and does not commit either side to anything until the business confirms arrangements with you directly. We cannot guarantee that a business will reply, or how quickly.

Reviews must be your own honest experience. Do not post anything false, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, unlawful, or that reveals someone's private information. Do not post reviews for a business you own, control or are connected to, and do not post reviews in exchange for payment or incentives.

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give us permission to display it on Bizopo. A business can publicly reply once to a review, but cannot delete it. We may remove content that breaks these terms, and we may suspend accounts that repeatedly do.

Anyone can submit a local event. Submissions are moderated before publication and we may decline or remove any submission. Event details are supplied by the person submitting them; always check with the organiser before travelling.

Local support listings advertise independent groups, organisations and services. Unless a listing expressly says that Bizopo provides a service, Bizopo does not operate, control, endorse, guarantee, regulate or supervise that service, and publication is not a promise that it will be suitable for a particular person or situation.

Providers are responsible for their services, claims, listing information, conduct, safeguarding responsibilities, legal and regulatory compliance, and their interactions with users. Users should check important details with the provider and seek appropriately qualified or emergency help where their circumstances require it.

We may review, reject, request changes to, restrict, suspend or remove a listing where we have reasonable concerns about legitimacy, safety, misleading information, privacy, abuse, inappropriate conduct or a breach of these terms. We take credible reports seriously, while making proportionate decisions based on the information available to us.

Do not misuse Bizopo: no scraping or bulk extraction, no attempts to break or probe the service, no automated enquiry or review submission, no impersonation, and no use of the site for anything unlawful.

We work to keep Bizopo available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the service, and we may carry out maintenance.

If you create a listing you confirm that you are authorised to represent that business and that the information you publish is accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for your listing content, including photos, and confirm that you have the right to use any images and text you upload.

Listings must not be misleading, must not advertise unlawful goods or services, and must not claim registrations, accreditations or qualifications the business does not hold.

New and edited listings are reviewed before they are published. We may ask for changes, decline a listing, restrict its visibility, suspend it, or remove it, where it breaks these terms or where we have a reasonable concern about legitimacy, safety, misleading information, privacy, abuse or inappropriate conduct. Where a listing is returned for changes, we will tell you what needs addressing in your business dashboard.

A "Verified" badge means a person at Bizopo has manually checked available business and contact information and formed the view that the business appears to be genuine and operating. What is checked varies by business type. Verification is not an endorsement, not a check of insurance, financial standing, criminal records or qualifications, and not a guarantee of the quality of any work. Verification cannot be bought and is not affected by which plan a business is on.

The paid service on Bizopo is the Standard subscription set out below. A listing can only be published while that subscription is active.

Plans are monthly only. There are no annual plans, no free trials and no discount codes. Prices shown are the subscription prices currently charged by Bizopo. Any taxes Bizopo becomes legally required and registered to collect in future will be handled appropriately at that time.

Subscription charges may be higher or lower than the advertised monthly rate for an initial or transitional billing period where a subscription starts or changes part-way through a month. This allows Bizopo to align subscription billing to the 1st of the month. The exact amount due is always shown before payment is confirmed, and no tax is added to it.

What a paid subscription does. It allows a listing to be published and provides the tools needed to create and manage it. Paying does not guarantee enquiries, customers, leads or revenue, does not affect whether a listing is approved or published, does not obtain verification, and is not an endorsement by Bizopo.

Renewal and cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Account section of your Bizopo account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your paid features continue until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. A change to a lower plan may also be scheduled to take effect at that point.

What happens afterwards. When paid entitlement ends, the listing can no longer be published. The listing and its content (photos, services, opening hours, location and listing analytics) are permanently deleted and cannot be restored, so returning later means starting a new listing. Enquiries and reviews already sent by customers are kept in their accounts, showing only the business name.

Refunds. We do not routinely refund unused time on a period you have already paid for. We will provide a refund where we are legally required to, or where we agree one because of an error on our side or a problem with the service. Nothing in these terms affects rights you have that cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

Subject to that, we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, work or content of businesses listed on Bizopo, and we are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. For business users, our total liability arising from the service in any twelve month period is limited to the subscription fees paid to us in that period, and we are not liable for loss of profit, business, goodwill or anticipated savings.

You can stop using Bizopo at any time and delete your account from your account page. We may suspend or end access where these terms are broken, where we are required to, or where continuing would create a risk to other users.

We may update these terms as the service develops. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use Bizopo after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also be able to bring proceedings in your local courts.
