One of our teammates at our local Sittingbourne-based football club lost his mum, Tracey, to sepsis earlier this year. In her memory, we're holding a Charity Football Match & Family Fun Day for The UK Sepsis Trust. Sepsis kills 5 people an hour in the UK.
